Training will take place at Paragon Gym, Saintfield, Co. Down. Intro: Sat 22nd Aug, 9am, Programme starts, Monday 24th August.
WHEN IS THE PHOTOSHOOT?
WHEN IS THE PHOTOSHOOT?
The professional group photoshoot takes place on Friday 13th November 2026 at Peter Bennett's Photography Studio. You’ll need to be available on the day, with individual timings and full preparation details shared closer to the shoot.
The shoot includes x3 group photo's. There is the option of individual photo's and, these can be paid for on the day separately for only £40 per photo.

For 12 weeks, you’ll be in full Photoshoot Mode. We monitor your progress more closely, check in more often, and adjust things faster to maximise results. It’s a focused, higher-level coaching phase
