 Where is your gym? 
 We're based on 15 Windmill Business Park, Saintfield 
 When are the sessions? 
 We have sessions available every weekday morning (6-7.15am & 9-10.15am) and evening (5-7.15pm) plus Saturday mornings (7.30-10am) 
 How long are the sessions? 
 
Build & Burn are 45 mins and the Accelerator Session are 30 mins. 
Are the session days and times flexible? 
 Of course. Simply book whichever sessions suit your schedule best each week. 
When can I start? 
 Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start right away. 
When are the intro sessions? 
 
We have intro sessions on Friday evenings.​​​​​​​ 
How much is it? 
 The Early Bird offer is currently £247 £197 
Do I need to be fit already?
Nope. We'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level. 
What if it doesn't work for me?
If you stick to the program and don't get results, we'll give you double your money back.
